These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Foresight Innovation Group LLC governing your access to and use of the Site and any purchases you make through the Site.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order on the Site.

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion as permitted by law.

We sell electronic adapters and related items. You are responsible for:

• Confirming compatibility with your devices and intended use.
   
• Installing/using products safely and according to any instructions provided.
   

No safety-critical use. Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing, our products are not intended for life-support, medical, or other safety-critical applications where failure could cause injury or damage.

Prices and availability can change without notice. We try to be accurate, but the Site may contain errors (e.g., pricing, descriptions, photos, compatibility notes). We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel/refuse orders affected by errors, including after an order is submitted. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel any order for reasons including stock limitations, suspected fraud, address issues, or errors.

Payments are processed via GoDaddy Payments and/or PayPal. Those providers may collect and process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout (or on the Site). We will ship within the time we state at checkout, or if no time is stated, within a reasonable time consistent with applicable rules.

If we learn we cannot ship within the promised time (or within 30 days if no time was stated), we will contact you with options, which may include your consent to a delay or a refund for unshipped items. 

Risk of loss. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery unless otherwise required by applicable law.

International orders (if offered) may be subject to customs duties/taxes. You are responsible for those charges unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Returns/refunds (if offered) are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy posted on the Site (or provided with your order confirmation). If no separate policy is posted, email sales@finnovationgrp.com before returning anything and we’ll provide instructions and eligibility requirements.

Returned items must follow our return instructions. We may refuse returns that do not comply (for example, items returned without authorization, damaged from misuse, missing parts, or returned outside the allowed window).

Limited warranty (if provided). If a product includes a written limited warranty, that warranty will be provided with the product listing, packaging, or order materials and applies only as stated.

Disclaimer of warranties (to the fullest extent permitted by law):
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN WARRANTY PROVIDED BY US, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIG WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIG’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FIG FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or withdraw the Site (in whole or part) without notice for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
   
• Harass, bully, threaten, or promote hate or violence
   
• Submit false or misleading information
   
• Interfere with the Site’s operation (including attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or introducing malware)
   
• Send spam, promotions, or junk messages through forms or any interactive features
   
• Infringe intellectual property rights (ours or others)
   

We may suspend or block access for violations.

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, product photos, design, and software) are owned by FIG or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit the Site content without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

If the Site allows reviews, comments, or uploads, you agree you will not post illegal, infringing, abusive, or misleading content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce content you submit for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site (unless prohibited by law).

The Site may rely on third-party services (for example, GoDaddy website platform/services, payment processors, shipping providers). Third parties may have their own terms and policies. Your use of third-party services may be governed by those terms. 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, used the Site unlawfully, or created risk for us or others, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to mandatory arbitration (if applicable) will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
